We built this compact heater around a high-density halogen element. Why? Because it throws focused warmth into small spaces without taking up room. It runs on 400V, so the current stays manageable while the power still hits hard. That means it warms up fast—really fast. The tube is just 300mm long, so it slips into tight enclosures without giving up output. In other words, you get predictable heat exactly where you need it, especially when space is tight.
Built to Take the Heat
The halogen element runs hot, so we wrapped it in a quartz envelope with a reflective coating. That coating keeps side losses low and pushes infrared energy forward with better directional control. For the electrical side, we went with an R7s connector. It keeps wiring simple and handles the high temperatures at the terminals. It’s a straight-up, industrial-grade interface that makes the lamp a clean drop-in replacement in existing fixtures. Wire it up, and it stays put.
Where It Shines—And What to Keep in Mind
In compact rooms and small production cells, this heater gives you localized warmth with minimal lag. The heat is concentrated, so you can hit your target temperature quickly. But here’s the trade-off: that kind of heat density needs proper airflow. If you run it at full power, ambient heat will build up, so plan your machine’s cooling and clearance ahead of time. The deal is simple: fast, directional heat in a small package—paired with smart thermal management.
