What’s Under the Hood
Here’s the thing—the specs are pretty straightforward. The lamp runs on 230V and pumps out between 250W and 300W. That power level is exactly what gives you that punchy heat in such a small package. You get warmth, and you get it fast, in a tight space. And the tube? We kept it short—just 150mm to 200mm. That way, the heater sits low on your desk and throws the heat forward, toward you, not up and away.
Built to Last
Halogen quartz is the secret sauce here. It’s tough. The quartz envelope can handle those sudden temperature shifts without cracking, and the halogen cycle keeps the filament steady over time. We also went with an R7s connector for the desk. It just makes sense. It clicks in solid, handles the load safely, and when it’s time to swap the lamp, it’s a simple drop-in replacement. No fuss.
What It Feels Like to Use
On your desk, this thing is lightning-fast. The heat comes alive within seconds. And it’s focused. You feel that warmth right on your hands and wrists, exactly where you need it. Now, because the heat is so concentrated, you just need to keep an eye on clearances and airflow. Make sure there’s a little breathing room, and the lamp will keep running strong without overheating anything nearby.
